1. General

These terms govern the use of the Cookbook: Recipes & Ingredients app (the "App") developed by mobilComm Ltd (the "Provider"). By downloading and using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Content License

Content in the App (recipes, ingredient descriptions, photos) comes from the wikifood.cz encyclopedia and is licensed under Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0.

This means you may:

• Share and copy content for non-commercial purposes
• Adapt content with proper attribution

Under these conditions:

• Attribution — you must credit the source (wikifood.cz)
• Non-Commercial — you may not use content for commercial purposes
• ShareAlike — derivative works must be distributed under the same license

3. User Contributions

By submitting a contribution (recipe, photo, correction) through the App:

• You grant the Provider a non-exclusive license to publish the contribution on wikifood.cz under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0
• You represent that you are the author or have the right to provide the contribution
• You agree that the contribution may be edited for the encyclopedia

Contribution guidelines:

• Contributions must be factual and related to food and recipes
• You must not submit content that infringes third-party rights
• You must not submit inappropriate, offensive, or promotional content

4. Limitation of Liability

The App and its content are provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for:

• Accuracy, completeness, or currency of recipes and nutritional information
• Suitability of recipes for persons with allergies or health restrictions
• Damages arising from the use of information in the App
• Service availability and potential outages

Recipes and nutritional information are for informational purposes only. If you have allergies or health conditions, always consult a professional.

5. Intellectual Property

The App source code, design, logo, and trademarks are owned by mobilComm Ltd and protected by copyright law.

Content (recipes, texts) is licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 and belongs to its original authors and the wikifood.cz community.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Automatically download or scrape content from the App
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Circumvent security measures

7. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of material changes through App updates or on this website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
